    Veal Chops With Tomato and Mushrooms INGREDIENTS: 6 Veal Chops 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp butter 1 small onion, diced fine 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced thick 1/2 cup white wine ( see hint ) 1 garlic clove 2 sage leaves, fresh or dried 1 cup ripe tomatoes, peeled and diced 11 cups chicken broth salt and pepper to taste METHOD: Season veal chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
