METHOD:

Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to manufacturer’s directions.

Select the basic white bread cycle.

It is recommended to use 1/4 cup water for either size loaf.

For the 1 1/2 Pound Recipe:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water *******SEE NOTE ABOVE*******
4 teaspoons margarine,
butter, or olive oil
3 cups bread flour
4 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
