Chinese Chicken Salad

- ( May easily be doubled )
- 2 cooked and diced chicken breasts
- ⅓ head cabbage ( chopped like cole slaw )
- 2 bunches spring onions, chopped
- 2 TBS toasted sesame seeds ( 300 for 10 mins )
- 1 pkt chicken flavored ramen noodles ( crumbled hard not cooked )
- DRESSING:
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 2 TBS sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp seasoned pepper
- (optional - water chestnuts, pea pods )
- In large bowl combine chicken and remaining ingredients.
- Toss with dressing
- Chill 3 hrs min - overnight
- Maybe a little more vinegar to make it more moist.
